Secret Weapon Against Cold and Flu: How to Make Master Tonic
Feeling something yucky coming along? Have the cold or flu? Try this natural remedy to ward off and fight seasonal sickness!
You will need:
2 quartered jalapeños
1/4 cup whole garlic cloves (usually a head of garlic)
1/4 cup diced ginger root
2 Tbsp. peeled and diced horseradish root
1/4 cup of diced onion
2 Tbsp. Turmeric powder
24 oz. of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
Wash all vegetables. Chop all ingredients into manageable sizes to fit into a food processor or blender. Add all chopped ingredients into blender, including turmeric powder (*may tint plastic food*). Blend ingredients. Pour into a quart size mason jar. Fill the mason jar with 24 oz. of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar.
Seal jar with air-tight lid. Store jar in dark and cool area 2-4 weeks. Shake twice a day.
After 2-4 weeks, strain ingredients with a fine-grain strainer. Press out excess juice (or line strainer with cheese cloth to squeeze out juice easier) into another clean jar.
Take 1 ounce every four hours.
Use left-overs ingredients in your cooking!
Mid South Worker’s Compensations Association Conference Was a Success!
Dr. Dale Foster and Lee Ann Foster had a great time meeting potential clients and other health care providers in the area at the Mid South Worker’s Compensation Association conference this year.
Many were eager to try out free PEMF therapy at the Memphis Neurofeedback booth! Some had issues from headaches to sleepiness. So Lee Ann administered several PEMF therapy sessions throughout the duration of the conference. During the session, the attenders were able to enter in a drawing for an Inner Balance Heart Rate Variability monitor by doing a HRV training session.
Dr. Foster and Lee Ann hope to see all next year!
Had a BLAST at Sensory World’s 5K Event
Dr. Dale S. Foster and his wife, Lee Ann Foster both attended as a sponsor at Sensory World’s 5k in September of 2016. On top of informing the community about Memphis Neurofeedback, LLC and what they do, they were also spreading the word about the Free Autism Study being offered.
They were happy to inform many parents and kids who were interested to see what was going on at the Memphis Neurofeedback table. The brain map display and the Wireless DSI cap seemed to interest many children. Dr. Foster was able to inform them more about the brain and how it’s fun for them!
