Dale Foster, despite the quite serious looking photo, is an easy-going and fun-loving guy.  He puts people at ease when they come into the office and kids love him.  He is happy to help you understand your brain and how you can improve its functions. Dale has a passion for Neuropsychology for personal reasons.  His youngest brother, Dean, had Cerebral Palsy and Dale knew that despite his struggling body, he was a bright little boy full of love and good humor.  This special relationship drew Dale to study the brain and body connection.  Dale is a lifelong learner and it is in his DNA to continually educate himself about the quickly growing field of Neuroscience and pursue excellence in utilizing the best life transformation tools available so he can partner with people to improve their lives.

Dale is married to Lee Ann and they have two beautiful, brilliant and spunky, red-headed daughters.  As a family, they have personally experienced the struggles and triumphs of living with and growing through ADD, PTSD and many of the emotional, mental and physical effects that accompany those issues.  They have successfully put their training technologies and techniques to work on themselves and can empathize with many of the issues their clients present.

Dale is a lover of the great outdoors and an avid backpacker, having hiked most of the Appalachian Trail and listing his second home as the Sipsey Wilderness in Bankhead National Forest. A lover of wild rivers he has floated the Noatak River in Alaska as well as many more local ones. One of his passions is leading small groups on spiritual retreats into the wild.

Now for the less interesting, yet very important stuff …..
