Dr. Dale Foster is founder and President of MINI and has been in private practice as a licensed psychologist since 1989. He serves children, adults, families, corporations and churches and specializes in integrating clinical/counseling psychology and neuropsychology with a wide range of applied neuroscience techniques.

Dr. Foster earned a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Memphis in 1989, a Master of Arts in Religion in Counseling at Harding University Graduate School of Religion in 1986, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from David Lipscomb University in 1980. He also has received post-doctoral training in clinical neuropsychology at the University of Memphis, Parkwood Hospital and Ralph Reitan Labs. He is a Fellow of the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America in EEG Biofeedback, board certified by the American Board of Quantitative EEG Technologists, listed on the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, and an AACBIS Certified Brain Injury Specialist.

With interests and training in neuroscience, social science, and spirituality, Dr. Foster may be able to help you develop and achieve a comprehensive plan to improve the quality of your life.




Christine ParkerChristine Parker, M.A.


Christine Parker serves as MINI's Vice President and as one of our Life Coaches. She has worked with individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings for 10 years. She received her MA from Harding Graduate School of Religion. Christine offers a variety of workshops to the community including "Ensuring Your Child's Academic Success in the Context of ADD/ADHD," "The Basics of Brainwaves and Learning Difficulties," "Facilitating Collaborative Relationships between Parents and Teachers," and a number of others. She also coordinates our parent coaching program and serves as a liaison to the greater Memphis area.
